The Range of Services

The range of services comprises the entire development cycle of a project, from planning and identification through project implementation to evaluation. Starting from feasibility studies, we use modern participative planning methods in order to generate a consistent tailor-made project programm. Current project implementation is accompanied by close monitoring, problems that arise are identified early on with the partner concerned and are solved in a transparent management process between the client and the project partners.

Human Resources Development

We particulary emphasise training and further education, so that skilled employees and managers in the partner countries can act independently. We also organise international conferenceses, seminars and workshops on specific topics of the agricultural and food sector for public and private clients as well as for organisations.

Consultancy for Private Investors

In countries in which we have specific experience and where we know the product sector, we prepare market studies and expert reports for our private sector clients so that they can evaluate the chances and risks of individual investment decisions in the agriculture and food branch. In addition, we organise contacts and business deals within the framework of investment plans, joint ventures or company take-overs.

International Cooperation

Thanks to the links between qualified companies and organisations in the agriculture, food and veterinary sector on the one hand, and authorities, relevant institutions, research- and education institutions on the other, ADT Projekt GmbH offers competent services for international co-operation in the relevant fields.
