| Project description |
The aim of this Public Private Partnership project is to provide practical knowledge and skills to specialists and farm managers in Ukraine and to support the further development of the Ukrainian education and vocational training system in agriculture sector. Overall activities are the establishment and operation of a German Agricultural Training and Information Centre in Ukraine (www.daz-ukraine.net).
The agricultural enterprises and educational institutions in Ukraine will get access to information and educational programs about practices and technologies for a more efficient, profitable and sustainable management of agricultural enterprises. The target groups of the project are Ukrainian agricultural specialists and executive staff as well as Ukrainian agricultural teachers and trainers of the Ukrainian education system. More than 800 participants are attending the training courses every year.
The main objective is to increase the productivity/performance and sustainability of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises with the aid of the technical expertise and new technologies provided by the Centre. |
