Descrierea proiectului This Project target was the institutional development of the National Romanian Cattle Breeder Associations (AGCTR) by restructuring and modernising technical livestock services and initiating commercial trade activities on local, regional and national level. The technical livestock services includes the introduction of a system of cattle identification, registration, the operation of a cattle data base, milk-recording, herd-book, artificial insemination and livestock consultation. In addition, livestock marketing and the provision of farm inputs are developed and consolidated as trade activities of the Cattle Breeder Association and national and regional level .
